DC x Mike Shinoda | Xander Limited Edition Shoe
DC and Mike Shinoda have collaborated again for a limited edition shoe, Remix Series™. There will only be 500 pairs produced and sold exclusively at the SURU in Los Angeles. The collaboration is a new colorway and SURU logos on the heel, tongue, lateral side, and insole. After December 20 not only SURU will carry the shoes, but also select premium retail outlets.

I have been a long time fan of Chris Corner, the man behind IAMX. A long long long time ago he was in a band called Sneaker Pimps… who brought you “Spin Spin Sugar” and “6 Underground” which is a soso song used in a soso movie called The Saint.
New Logo | Meiji

Nice surprise that few companies are changed Logo while I’m not in Japan. Meiji is one of big chocolate company and the new logo is done by Landor Japan (Sorry it japanese). I have to say that they did good job the brief is very complicated, but I parsonaly think that Logo of many big companies in Japan has this typestyle since Suntory made the logo which done by Akira Kobayashi and Matthew Carter, And I love it.

I have been here in NYC for a few days now and having a blast. Walking around the city here on song keeps poping up in my head and many New Yorkers have adopted this song as their anthem, Jay-Z’s Empire State of Mind, feat. Alicia Keys. Alessi and Andy Warhol are big names in design, which makes it a no brainer that both have their own brand of watches. Reflected, a new online store, is exclusively selling both brands and going online tomorrow, Saturday 24 October. I have met a couple times with Tim and Jordi, the two partners of Reflected, and figured out that like AJANAKU, they are out to inspire others. We are therefore becoming their preferred online magazine and will keep you all informed with the great new models they get in.

For the Holidays of 2009, The Hundreds have released their latest collection today. The collection will be sold at the LA and SF locations, and consist of the Johnson Mids, Johnson Lows, and Valenzuelas.
Abraham Obama | Win the DVD here!
This past Monday I went to the screening of Abraham Obama by Ron English, directed by Kevin Chapados, at the Shoot Me Film Festival here in The Hague. This documentary has been out on DVD now for a while now, but has no really reached the audience here in Europe. The screening was made that little bit more special by the presence of Kevin Chapados, the director of the Documentary, who at the end of the screening lead a fun discussion with the audience.
