The making of video: Anecdote shoot AW10

Posted by Miss Holland On February - 3 - 2010

Anecdote, up and coming Dutch clothing brand, packed up their products for a shoot in the big apple.
The behind the scene video gives us an opportunity to follow their model through different parts of NYC and to have a sneak peak at the new collection for Autumn/Winter 2010.

“The collection has great essentials for a great price. Pieces you can wear with style in everyday life.
Lets look at everyday life and see it as a collection of pieces.
A collection of special moments. Each moment is a story. Each moment is an ANECDOTE.”

Anecdote’s concept for AW10 is: I love New York, unfamiliar places & special moments.
The walking city. New york, ever-walking, warmly welcomes me with the excelling of my own expectations, everyday again.

Below you can find the ideas of what Anecdote had in mind for the photography.
Brand photography: Six key images are photographed on location in New York City, as well as mood shots of the city.
Lookbook photography: The whole collection is also photographed in a studio overlooking the skyline of New York City.
Together with the anecdotes they tell the story of the brand.

And if you can’t wait till the end of the year for your very own Anecdote, the Spring/Summer collection is already in stores now!
